Called Assistant Service Manager Kenny four days ago asking to be added to the schedule as my tire pressure light came on. Team checked it out. I had another puncture with a slow leak. Was able to plug it but told me 3 of my tires were almost bald at the edges. He ordered them and they were able to get them put on and aligned today. The car has alignment issues. I took it in for an alignment and I still feel it pulling. Something’s off and I had my bf drive it and he agrees. He said to bring it back. The customer service was great the mechanic was friendly. My car has some kinda issue that maybe needs further diagnosing. It’s the 2nd time this cars done this and the first time I almost died. I won’t be buying a Prius again.

They alerted me to the need for maintenance in a timely way. I got an appointment quickly and they got the work done well and very efficiently. I appreciated how they respected my time!

Facility is very clean and the waiting area is comfortably furnished. Snacks and beverages are available for sale. Desk Staff are knowledgeable - mechanics are not part of the intake process . Some costs are not transparent such as the shuttle service which I thought was a courtesy service .
Also I had a $39.00 charge listed as shop charge / misc materials . As well as an $84.00 charge for an oil change which I had a 9.99 coupon for from the dealership. Disappointed, diagnostic report came from someone in the south who no actual clue why my truck was in for repair. After the service was done and I agreed to cost I was told I could pay online. Felt like I was doing all the work and everything outsourced. Nothing close to personal service.

I have trusted them for years with servicing our Sienna and at 17 it is still going strong! Sometimes repairs can be expensive, but not if you never have to deal with it again because it was done right. Coupons for regular service items balance costs out so they really do provide good value.

By phone, text, and email I made appointment for 40,000 mile maintenance, saying we would WAIT. We arrived at appointed time, and they said we had to leave car for the day - mechanics were at lunch...After wrangling they agreed to complete the oil change and tire rotation within 90 minutes after 100 minutes I inquired, and they said 10 more minutes...They told me to pay a certain amount, I complied, then afterwards remembered we have a warranty. They refunded and told me warranty is done 2026... After leaving and viewing orrinal paperwork, I see warranty lasts til 2031...What gives with IRA Toyota???

Ira Toyota of Hyannis is FANTASTIC! I trust them implicitly with my cars, and will only go to them. Their customer service is top notch no matter what I have going on. They are respectful of my time, my money, and talk to me straight. I never feel pressured or tricked into services I don’t need. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I have had two bad experiences with this dealer. One was a salesman who i was trying to lease a Rav4 hybrid but never finished deal. Second was recently brought a car in for service and was charged $195 for just looking car over, which i was never told was happening. After questioning charge I eventually got it removed.

love my car and the perks that come with owning a toyota but hyannis toyota has truly abysmal customer service. absolutely would not recommend. I mentioned a problem that I had noticed before and after my service that led to a much bigger problem and was promptly asked why I didn’t “double check their work” before leaving… I am not a mechanic. I am a librarian.

Stopped in to see if I could get a sticker for my ‘24 VW Toas- Service department was above and beyond in helping me . Happy to help . So courteous, happy, treated me like I was special from beginning to end. Great experience.

Took my car in for the 5,000 mile maintenance. It took 2 hours. My appointment was for 7:30am and I did that purposely to avoid the mid day and afternoon rush. They told me that I needed a new cabin air filter and that it would cost between $60-$70. That’s insane. I can pay $10 for one and do it myself in 2 minutes. I wouldn’t even be as upset if they had changed my oil, but it was just a tire rotation, topping off my fluids and checking everything else.

Sales was 5-star. Craig was super professional and efficient. However, just had my first service (5k). Appointment was at 830am. Vehicle wasn't seen till after 9am. Walk around visual and tire rotation - Really!? No oil change, no car wash and, more importantly, I called the service desk about an hour after I got home with a couple of quick questions. No answer (left a message) and no call back. VERY lame. The only reason they are getting 4 stars is because of the Sales staff.

If you have a few hours to spare. Had an appointment but told it would be 90 minutes for an oil change. More like 2 1/2 hours before completion. They do provide a car inspection and always find multiple problems. But we are talking about a dealership… All is good otherwise!

I forget the gentleman's name. But the person who helped me was extremely helpful. When I got to the point to pay the bill I had forgot that I had a $25 coupon. He rang me up and after the transaction was completed. I remembered. He was very nice and very hospitable even though it was my mistake, and he took the $25 off. I really felt stupid giving him the coupons after my transaction was complete. But he thought nothing of it and was very nice. I truly appreciated that.

Usually very good service but I was disappointed today. Ira has a new text message process that was confusing. I received a text that indicted all had gone well. So I went to pay the bill only to find out the car was still being worked on. That made no sense. And the text indicated a total cost but when I went to the cashier the second time the bill was about 20% more. Therefore it was not a good customer experience. It was below average. Ira needs to improve the texting process.

I came to the Toyota Service Center early today to get the inspection sticker for the Corolla I bought Thursday. The service advisor, Eric Moberg, welcomed me warmly and said I’d be first in line for the inspection. Very good experience today. Great communication, handoff of info between other employees was clear and consistent, and all options were well explained. My first review was never posted, so here was my experience again with Ira Toyota of Hyannis. I had 9938 miles on my 2023 Tacoma, went in for a 10,000 mile service, saw that they want to do a 15,000 mile service. Told the service rep that the 2 items I needed regardless of any other work was an oil and filter change, and a tire rotation. The service rep that waited on me about low tire pressure was very helpful and within an hour he had the tire pressure upped to 36 lbs instead of the 31 lbs that was diagnosed.
