Always go to Toyota of Hyannis to get my car serviced. They are very thorough. They run safety checks and always let you know what needs replacing or what will need to be replaced soon. Staff is so polite and go the extra mile for you. Great team here and I wouldn't go anywhere else with my vehicle.
I had an appointment to get a battery check. They said one to 1 1/2 hours. After 1 1/2 hours I went and checked and they hadn’t even done anything. After two hours, they told me I needed a new battery. The cost was $540. I said why did it take two hours to check a battery. They said the appointment was recorded as a non waiter.

Sara Richards was great. The text sent inspection and additional recommended service app/page stinks. Ask your customer how they want to be communicated with. A simple phone call is still an excellent method.
As the cost of everything increases I am pleasantly surprised @ the good value & consistent high quality offered by the Service Dept. @ IRA Toyota. The staff, to a person, are always professional.

I go there for my tail light. They don’t tell me exactly what happened. Poor service unprofessional same happen within a year. Spent so much money last year to fix my tail light same issue again.
They have taken care of our cars since we moved to the cape twenty years ago. They advise us re what needs to be done without pushing us to do more. We trust them. They help us “keep our Toyotas Toyotas!”

I had a 2pm appointment for an oil change. At 3 they hadn’t even moved my car. When I checked with the service manager he said once they bring it in it would take another 45 minutes. I wonder why they make appointments at a certain time and then make you wait and do nothing. I will never go back to Ira Toyota.

Bought a new car and was very happy with the process and the staff. I did purchase the Resistall paint protection but wasn't happy with that, but when I brought it up they offered to reimburse me the cost of it. So excellent customer service. would highly recommend.

We bought our car mainly online and over the phone. Gustavo could not have been more professional and helpful making it all work in the middle of a blizzard.
We called service when my car would not start with a low power message—4 pm. Person gave us good instructions since we had to wait for AAA. On Wed.am Katie was Great! Explained process snd then updated with details, she returned my call promptly when I had a question.
Lack of communication on their part. My key fob issue was not fixed. Car alarm continued to go off. I ended troubleshooting it at home, and solved the problem.
Eric help me and was able to give me a coupon as well so my total was not that intense because I was replacing my whole muffler system
I’m disappointed. I had a purchase and sales agreement that I viewed and was to pick up once I got the funds and insurance settled. The dealer was closed for 3 days because of the blizzard. I was snowed in as well.
I didn’t like the pressure from the salesperson who wanted me to purchase an additional package in addition to what I was paying for the vehicle.
He gave me papers to sign which I signed thinking it was the same purchase and sales agreement I reviewed earlier.

My car was evaluated and a tire sensor was dead. It was replaced in a timely manner. David listened to my concerns and kept me informed of the situation.
Very responsive to questions. Well staffed to handle customer needs. No feeling of being rushed. On time.
Primary concern was not fixed, spent too much time looking for other things to sell me. Now I have to bring it back again, not happy.
Overall, a good experience. Some delay in adding side body molding and getting new registration, state inspection sticker but it was only one day.i didn’t have this experience the last time I bought a car at the dealership.
Brought my car in for noise in the front end. Technician took the car for a ride, came back a few minutes later said it was most likely a wheel bearing needed to put it up on the left to double check. Three hours later, they handed me a list of things that was wrong with the car and a $200 diagnostic bill. They wasted nearly 3 hours of my time and $200 of my money for something that took 15 or 20 minutes to diagnose.
I recently went to Hyannis Toyota and they would not honor the coupons on their website for an oil change. They said since my car was Lexus it did qualify which I think is crazy since Lexus and Toyota are the same company. My Lexus dealer is a hour away so I have been going there but no longer.. The easy thing was to say sure we will support you. So now I will be going somewhere else to do my car service.

Very easy to schedule service. Service was prompt and done well. Everyone was polite and helpful. Very happy with whole process.
Overall I've had great service at this location. This time was not so good. Coordinating a appointment for new tires at the same time as a my regular maintenance couldn't be done. And when I asked for a specific tire option, they couldn't guarantee it would be there unless I put a credit card number down to set the tires aside.
They were excellent in doing my oil change, tire rotation and applying brake fluid. The waiting room. Is comfortable and the price was reasonable. Will go back again!

Brought my 2006 Hybrid Highlander across the water from Nantucket to be serviced. Worth the ferry cost. Easy to deal with. Recommended where to get the car painted and drove my car there for me.

May be my last visit. Had coupon for 18% for repairs and they ended up giving me $10 less than the 18% for some reason. Waited over an hour LONGER than the 2 hours projected and nobody ever came to tell me - I went up to check myself multiple times

No discount even during holiday seasons. I got a flat tire, and did routine maintenance, got all 4 tires changed. Will definitely go to another dealership or Costco in the future.

Was not satisfied. Dropped car off at 7:15 am. For 5,000 mile service and diagnostic check. I said I will return at 1:00. On my return I was informed it will be another 2 hours. No call or text. I was dropped off to pick up vehicle. I received a ride from Toyota shuttle. However now I’m stranded at home which I had many errands on my only day off. The response I got was a little short and not apologetic.
Staff are always pleasant and patient. Work is done as explained and according to what I want done. In the rare instance it takes longer, I am notified and given a reason. My needs are always questioned…ride or loaner.
Great service always here. The advisers are always on point and the technicians do great work. Bought my Tacoma new here and have had all the service done at Ira.
At some point my husband’s name was put on my account and it’s been a nightmare getting it off! I don’t think it’s a hard ask to get my name on my vehicle. But apparently it’s an impossible ask. I had an oil change and got my wheels aligned. All went well and the service writer was pleasant. If only you could get my name correct (it’s Susan, I own two Toyotas.) ironically, “Greg” doesn’t own any vehicles. Thanks for listening….

Reilly who has been consistently wonderful to work with - responsive, attentive to our concerns and great sense of humor as well. We always ask for J.R. when we have a question, concern or need a new car. But all the staff we have come into contact with, without exception have been terrific - great customer service at all times!

My service guy is the best. He goes overboard to help with all the new technology in my Grand Highlander that often baffles me! He is kind and explains everything step by step. It is a huge learning curve for older customers and he is respectful and thorough in his explanations. The mechanical work on the car was also done in a timely fashion.

Customer service is gone in this location. I walked in for a scheduled appointment and not one person speaks or acknowledges me until I say something. I’m met with attitude right off the bat. I’m told it will be 90mins for a scheduled appointment. 😳 I have my young daughter with me and in my head I’m like okay well at least I bright dinner.

I was sent a text that I had a problem but I was expecting Katie to come out and talk to me so I didn’t see it at first. My phone lost its charge -your charging station didn’t work on my I phone. After an hour Katie found me a charger that worked. Katie did get me a discount. You need to hire more help. I had an appointment!

Enjoyed doing business with Ira Toyota. Keith Gonzalez was great courteous, professional and honest. We were not planning to buy a car that day but we did. Keith worked hard and relentlessly to get our out of state registration. We appreciate the effort he made. The only negative experience we had was with the finance employee, I can't remember his name. He was unprofessional, unfriendly, rude and rushed us through the process. If we had met him first I think we would have walked out of the dealership.
Unpleasant service center personnel. Drop off policy was not explained by Sarah at drop off at 8:30am. Car was ready at 3:00pm. Kenny (day manager) was indifferent. When I picked the car up I told Sarah that the personnel should be more pleasant. She sarcastically responded “have a nice rest of your day “! This request was sent with my incorrect last name. When I called multiple times I was greeted with “highest level of customer care”!!
