Sales was 5-star. Craig was super professional and efficient. However, just had my first service (5k). Appointment was at 830am. Vehicle wasn't seen till after 9am. Walk around visual and tire rotation - Really!? No oil change, no car wash and, more importantly, I called the service desk about an hour after I got home with a couple of quick questions. No answer (left a message) and no call back. VERY lame. The only reason they are getting 4 stars is because of the Sales staff.

I forget the gentleman's name. But the person who helped me was extremely helpful. When I got to the point to pay the bill I had forgot that I had a $25 coupon. He rang me up and after the transaction was completed. I remembered. He was very nice and very hospitable even though it was my mistake, and he took the $25 off. I really felt stupid giving him the coupons after my transaction was complete. But he thought nothing of it and was very nice. I truly appreciated that.

I came to the Toyota Service Center early today to get the inspection sticker for the Corolla I bought Thursday. The service advisor, Eric Moberg, welcomed me warmly and said I’d be first in line for the inspection. This suited me perfectly, since I’d already endured an all-day process on Thursday and wanted to avoid another lengthy wait. I brewed a coffee, settled in the waiting area, and used the complimentary Wi-Fi. Twenty minutes later, I visited the Parts department to request a quote for floor mats - the car had only come with the driver’s side ...

Very good experience today. Great communication, handoff of info between other employees was clear and consistent, and all options were well explained. I appreciated the photos, video and detailed notes - recommended work was well documented. My car runs much better- acceleration, starting, etc and the engine is quieter.

I didn’t have an appointment but my tire light was going off so they took my vehicle and repaired the tire. Very accommodating- Kenny was great!

The service advisor described the expected work and costs. An additional item was identified and work proceeded after I approved. In the process of the repair, they broke a sensor for which I have to return once they receive the part. All told, I was at the service center for 8 hours and I have to return. A discount was offered. The discount offered amounted to less than 3 percent of the total charges.

I've had bad luck with Toyota dealerships past 5 years. To the point that the old nickname became the norm "stealerships". Then I went to Toyota of Hyannis. Danny Gonzalez was excellent. He knows all the details of the RAV 4 Prime and explained all its functions. He also provided details on the various procurement options - lease, finance, and purchase which enabled us to make an informed decision. When we picked up the vehicle he walked us through the setup. We were very pleased with the total experience of getting a new vehicle.

Fabulous experience with an oil change, I called early on a whim and was able to get an appointment later in the afternoon which I needed. A shuttle driver brought and later picked me up to a shopping center while I waited. My service advisor was nice to work with and the shuttle driver was personable. A 10 out of 10 today.

They were very busy and my appt took quite a while. They did review with me my tires which need to be replaced.

Ultimately service was fine. However, I had an appointment for an oil change & tire rotation which normally only takes 1.0-1.5 hrs. This time it took 2.75 hours! Excuses provided such as “short staffed” and “a prior customer ran into an unexpected service problem”. If you don’t have enough staff, perhaps reduce the amount of appointments offered.

I called only the night before and was accommodated. I unfortunately got caught in sewer construction and was late.by 15-20 minutes. There seemed to be no question about still fitting me in. My RAV4 issue was promptly diagnosed & treated. Explanations were clear and suggestions for the future were made. As always the comfort of the waiting area was appreciated.
